Skull Gang vs. G2Ent/TeamBang

We are a week away from the playoffs and championship game, where we will crown our 2013 Hoops in the Sun champions. First game up between Team Bang and Skull Gang. Team Bang off to a hot start  ending the first half with a 10 point lead, 41-31. They were given a 8 nothing start due to a delay of game and continued to take advantage throughout the first two quarters. Chris Smith, NBA standout currently playing for the Knicks summer league leads Skull Gang with 11 points. Brandon and Dre for Team Bang each have 8 points.

After trailing by 10, good defense and great offense will get them within 5 at the end of the third. With a little over 7 minutes left, Skull gang would get within 1, and then would take the lead for the first time  79-78. Down the stretch we would get the first tie at 80 apiece. 3:04 left in the game and we have yet another tie, which would quickly disappear with a And-1 by Team Bang. Final minute has gotten quite interesting with a three point game 92-89, 57.3 to go. Less than 10 seconds we would tie again at 94 to send the game into overtime.

During the additional minutes, Team Bang would make their next 6 shots, giving them a 104-98 lead. Team Bang would come out on top, 106-100. Irv would lead his team to victory with 22 points and Chris Smith finished with a high 32 points.
